If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for anything that happens on your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has access.
Products and prices
We do our best to describe products accurately and price them correctly. If we notice an obvious error, like a $0 price or wrong product photo, we may cancel the order and refund you. Colors on screen may differ slightly from the actual product. Cosmetic ingredients can be updated over time. We list the current ingredient panel on every product page.
Cosmetic disclaimer
Our products are cosmetics, not medical treatments. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have a skin condition or a medical question about your scalp or skin, talk to a doctor. We list every ingredient on the product page so you can check for allergies before you buy. Patch test a small area first if you have sensitive skin.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm the order by sending an order confirmation email. We can cancel any order before it ships, for example if a product is out of stock or if we suspect fraud. We will refund you if we do.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your payment is processed by our payment provider (Shopify Payments and any others enabled). We do not store your full card number on our servers.

PLUSH CULTURE® is a registered trademark of Plush Culture LLC. The Plush Culture logo, product names, photos, and copy on this site belong to us. Please do not copy them for commercial use. You can share photos on social media and tag us, that is fine.
User content
If you post a review or comment, you are giving us permission to display it on the site and use it in marketing. Do not post anything illegal, abusive, or someone else's copyrighted work.
Limit of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to what you paid for that product. This does not limit any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Natrona County, Wyoming.
