Refund policy

We want you to be happy with what you bought. If you are not, here is how to make it right.

Time limit

You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return.

What we take back

We accept returns on products that are unopened or lightly used. If you tried a product and had a reaction or it just did not work for your hair, write to us anyway. We handle those case by case and usually offer a refund or store credit.

We do not accept returns on:

  • Products that have been used more than half

  • Products without their original cap or pump

  • Products bought from another retailer (return to that retailer)

How to start a return

Email plush.culture.llc@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you a return label and instructions. You ship the product back. Once we receive it, we will refund your card within 5 business days.

Who pays for return shipping

For US orders, the customer pays return shipping unless the product was defective, the wrong item, or arrived damaged. In those cases, we cover it.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Most cards show the refund within 5 to 10 business days after we process it. If you do not see it after 10 business days, email us.

Exchanges

If you got the wrong product, write to us. We will send the right one and arrange the return of the wrong one. You do not pay extra shipping for our mistake.

Sale items

Sale items are returnable under the same terms as full price items, unless the product page says "final sale".
