Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states and US military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO).
Processing time
Orders placed before 1pm Pacific time on a business day usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends ship the next business day. During holidays and sales, processing may take an extra day or two. We will email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Tracking
You will get a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If the tracking page says delivered but the package is not at your door, check with your neighbors and around the property first. If you still cannot find it after 48 hours, email us and we will help.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, email us within 14 days of the shipping date. Send photos of the damage if you can. We will replace the order or refund you.
Address errors
Please double check your shipping address before you place the order. If you catch a mistake right after, email us right away and we will try to fix it before the package ships. Once a package ships, we cannot reroute it.
